Holy Yoga


For those that want a deeper spiritual connection with Christ that combines a greater mental and physical health benefit, then Core Faith Vinyasa aka. Holy Yoga, may be exactly what you’re looking for. We have grown accustomed to letting our bodies crumble around us as long as our spirit is strong, but that isn’t what God intended. In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, Paul implores believers to honor God with their bodies, as the body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Available to all experience levels. Daniel uses the Core Strength Vinyasa (CSV) style with techniques for Weaving the Word from Holy Yoga.  Available to all experience levels.  


Core Strength Vinyasa (CSV) 


Tuesdays at 12:30pm and Thursdays at 12:30pm






Beginner CSV - A Core Strength Vinyasa class designed to release the stress and tension built up over the day. This is a more relaxing class, minimal strength building, done in a room between 70-75 Degrees. Great for all levels, but focused for the beginner yogi.

Power CSV - A CSV class designed for the intermediate to advanced yogi who likes to sweat, build strength, flexibility, and grow a deep connection between their body and mind. Geared toward the yogi who wants a challenge. Bring your towel and water to stay hydrated. Room temp around 90 degrees. Intermediate to Advanced level practice. Beginners are always welcome to attend but may like to start with the Beginner or either Holy Yoga Class first.

Holy Yoga, Gentle, Level 1, Level 1/2 - Holy Yoga is a whole body exercise and worship experience. We will use the principles of CSV to dig deep and find stillness and silence in the presence of God. You will have a God experience like never before. We will dig into the word, work on growing our faith, and teach ourselves how to slow down and listen to God, open our eyes to see His path for us. These classes are open to all levels from beginner to advanced. Gentle is structured as a gentle flow with some light strength building. Level 1 incorporates more traditional Son-Salutations and basic standing poses. Level 1/2 offers the option of stronger modifications to the basic poses.

For those that want a greater mental and physical health benefit, then Core Strength Vinyasa (CSV) classes may be exactly what you’re looking for. CSV Classes focus more on the physical aspect of yoga, than the spiritual.  CSV developed by Sadie Nardini, is an intense, flowing style of yoga that focuses on the deep core line of muscles that lend support to the entire body. Come prepared to receive a strong workout that includes breath work and attaining mental focus and clarity. Available to all experience levels.
